Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Issues
Cormier Creative Design is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Natural Variations
Because each piece is handmade using natural wood, variations in:
- Grain
- Color
- Texture
are normal and expected and are not considered defects.
